How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Clothingcertainly Tree Service wants every homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists the steps. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Take
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Clothingcertainly Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They set their own quotes and prices, do their own work, and handle their own customer service.
First, raise the issue with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Next, tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. One limit: Clothingcertainly Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or decide anything for a provider.
Steps to File
Email contact@clothingcertainly.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what outcome you want
What Follows
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
