Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Clothingcertainly Tree Service works and how it gets paid. This page covers both. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who Does What

Clothingcertainly Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not perform tree removal, storm or emergency tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Clothingcertainly Tree Service for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on factors like call length or whether the call is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the price the provider sets.

Providers Are Separate Businesses

Providers are not employees, agents or partners of Clothingcertainly Tree Service. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected to a provider is not an endorsement of its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are in our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Quote before work. Ask questions, check insurance, get a written quote, and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked. Some may be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
